Rules and Regulations – Dance

Group Dance

1. Maximum Onstage representation 17 members per team. Helpes can be max of 4.
2. Time duration:
   • 1. Prelims: maximum 2.30 mins.
   • 2. Semifinals: maximum 3.00 mins
   • 3. Finals: maximum 4 mins
3. Participants must bring their own tracks in a Pen drive, cued and ready to start.
4. It is recommended that participants bring a backup Pen drive in the event of a malfunction of the original.
5. Participants are allowed to bring any props that they require for the performance.
6. No use of fire and fire-related props.
7. Unlimited entries from each company.
8. Contestants must mandatorily bring their company ID cards.
9. Judges decision will be final

Solo Dance

Rules and Regulations

Solo Singing Competition:

1. Preparation:
1. Backing Tracks: Participants must bring their own song on a pen drive, pre-cued and ready to play at the start of their performance.
2. It is highly recommended to bring a backup pen drive in case of technical malfunctions.
3. Accompaniment: Instrumentalists are welcome to bring their own guitars or keyboards for live accompaniment.
4. Song Selection: Cover songs or original compositions are allowed.
5. Film, semi-classical, Western, devotional, and Indie songs are permitted.
6. Other language songs are also permitted.
2. Time Limits:
1. Preliminaries: Maximum 2 minutes
2. Semifinals: Maximum 2.5 minutes
3. Finals: Maximum 4 minutes
3. Registration:
1. There is no limit on the number of entries per company.
2. All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration.
4. Judging:
1. Entries will be judged on vocal technique, song interpretation, stage presence, and overall impact.
2. The judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Group Singing Competition: (Musical band)

1. Team Formation:
   1. Group Size: Maximum 10 members including vocalists.
2. Accompaniment:
   1. We will provide the basic instruments.
   2. Specific model requests require bringing your own instrument.
3. Performance:
   1. Song Selection: Cover songs or original compositions are allowed.
   2. Film, semi-classical, Western, devotional, and Indie songs are permitted.
   3. Other language songs are also permitted.
4. Time Limits:
   1. Prelims: Total 6 Min (3min setup + 3min performance)
   2. Semi-finals: Total 6.5 Min (3min setup + 3.5min performance)
   3. Finals: Total 10 Min (3 min setup + 5min performance)
5. Registration:
   1. There is no limit on the number of entries per company.
   2. All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration.
6. Judging:
   1. Entries will be judged on vocal blend, stage presence, choreography’s effectiveness, and overall performance energy.
   2. The judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Group Singing Competition: (Karaoke)

1. Team Formation:
   1. Group Size: Maximum 10 members including vocalists.
2. Performance:
   1. Karaoke Tracks: Only pre-recorded karaoke tracks are allowed. Submit your chosen track on a pen drive. Ensure the track is cued and ready for immediate start.
   2. It is highly recommended to bring a backup pen drive in case of technical malfunctions.
   3. Song Selection: Cover songs or original compositions are welcome.
   4. Film, semi-classical, Western, devotional, and Indie songs are permitted.
   5. Other language songs are also permitted.
3. Time Limits:
   1. Preliminaries: Max 3 minutes
   2. Semifinals: Max 3.5 minutes
   3. Finals: Max 4 minutes
4. Registration:

Photography

1. Theme:
   1. The competition will have a pre-announced theme. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the theme before taking your photos.
2. Submissions:
   1. Email: Entries must be submitted electronically to corporate.celebrities@gmail.com. We recommend including your name and company name in the email body when submitting your entry.
   2. Number of Entries: Each participant may submit one high-resolution (HD) image.
   3. Image Format: Images must be submitted in JPEG format.
   4. Editing: Only basic adjustments like cropping are allowed. Images must not be retouched or manipolated significantly.
3. Eligibility:
   1. Company Entries: There is no limit on the number of entries from each company.
   2. Identification: All participants must submit a copy of their valid company ID card along with their photograph.
4. Selection Process:
   1. Pre-Selection: There will be a pre-selection round based solely on the submitted raw image (unedited version).
   2. Disqualification: Entries containing both raw and edited versions of the same image, or that do not meet the specified criteria, will be disqualified.
5. Judging:
   1. Entries will be judged based on their creativity, composition, technical quality, and relevance to the theme.
   2. The judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Short Film

1. Theme:
• A pre-announced theme will be provided for both the preliminary and final rounds.
2. Film Specifications:
• Genre: Dramatic, emotional, social message, thriller, or comedy entries are permitted.
• Length: Strictly between 6 minutes and 10 minutes, including opening and closing credits. Exceeding the time limit will result in disqualification.
• Language: English or Tamil (with English subtitles mandatory for non-English films)
• Format: MPEG4 or AVI format
3. Eligibility:
• Team Size: Departments may be represented by a team of 5 to 7 participants.
• Originality: All entries must be original content.
• Company Affiliation: At least 80% of the total cast and crew must be working for the company submitting the film.
4. Registration:
• There is no limit on the number of entries per company.
• All contestants must present their valid company ID cards during registration.
5. Selection Process:
• Disqualification: Films exceeding the time limit, containing vulgarity, or promoting discrimination based on caste, gender, or religion will be disqualified.
6. Judging:
• Captivate with Storytelling: Engaging narrative, clear message, and effective use of the given theme.
• Impress with Technical Execution: Solid cinematography, sound design, and editing that enhances the story.
• Showcase Originality & Creativity: Fresh ideas, unique perspective, and impactful execution.
• The judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Rules and Regulations

Ramp Walk Competition

1. Team:
   • Each team must consist of 5 to 15 members.
2. Theme:
   • All teams must design their walk around a pre-assigned theme, which will be provided beforehand.
3. Music:
   • Participants are responsible for providing their own music track on a pen drive.
   • Tracks must be submitted one week before the event.
4. Attire:
   • Costumes should be creative and represent the chosen theme.
   • Vulgarity and obscenity are strictly prohibited.
5. Eligibility:
   • There is no limit on the number of entries per company.
   • All contestants must present a valid ID card during registration.
6. Time Limit:
   • Ramp walks must be between 5 and 7 minutes in duration.
7. Judging:
   • Entries will be judged on posture and gait, outfit presentation, confidence and energy, and overall impact on the audience.
   • The judges’ decisions are final and binding.
